I recently had a delightful week at Hoi An Trails, and it truly felt like a family gathering. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, with great service from staff members who treated us like family. We did encounter a major issue with the spa, however, which was quite disappointing and didn't meet expectations. Overall, the resort is lovely with a tranquil pool area, but be cautious about spa services.
